Melissa Phillips is a certified personal trainer through NSPA (National Sports Professionals Association). Melissa also holds several other certifications including Tennis Trainer Certification through ITPA (International Tennis Performance Association) to train the physical aspects of tennis Performance and injury prevention as well as Certified Fitness Specialist for Golf & Boxing through NSPA. Her Boxing for Fitness certification teaches beginners the fundamentals of boxing to safely and effectively get a challenging and productive workout.
Growing up as an athlete, Melissa played team tennis, basketball, softball, swimming, and golf. Melissa’s experience and expertise in the field of health and fitness helps her train players in an effective and efficient manner for success on the court.
